Last Will and Testament

A Will is a legal document that expresses how you want your property disposed of after your death. A Will appoints an executor (also called a trustee). It is your executor that will deal with your money and possessions (your estate) after your death. It is your executor's responsibility to ensure that all of the requests made in your Will are carried out correctly.

Appointment of Trustees

to postpone for such period as he/she in his/her absolute discretion shall think fit the realisation of the whole or any part of my estate;
to retain any of my assets in the same state in which they shall be at the date of my death notwithstanding that such assets may represent investments which are not authorised trustee investments;
to appropriate or partition in specie any part of the property forming part or all of my estate in whatever form of investment it may be at the time of appropriation or partition in or towards the satisfaction of any person entitled under this Will and for such purposes to fix the value of any property and every such appropriation partition or valuation shall bind all persons interested under this Will and my Trustee shall not be required to obtain any consents to do so.

In my Will where the context so admits "my Estate" shall mean:-
All my property of every kind wherever situate.
All my property of every kind wherever situate over which I have a general power of appointment.
The money investments and property from time to time representing all such property.
